Leo Burdock’s

2013-01-13 13.22.22Leo Burdock’s on Werburgh Street is “Dublin’s oldest chipper” and is said to have the best fish and chips in the city.

It was opened in 1913 by Liberties residents Patrick and Bella Burdock and named it after their son Leo. Since then, the franchise has expanded and it now has seven locations around Dublin, but it is this chipper off Dame Street is where it all began.
